TEST CALL – ASCENT hat

TEST CALL

In the wilderness of British Columbia, it is not unusual to find yourself surrounded by towering mountains. ASCENT is the sister pattern to the FELSENMEER headband, featuring the same textured panels and is complimented by ascending panels of slipped stitches. ASCENT was inspired by alpine rock fields, ascending mountain peaks, and the journey of the climb.

The information for the hat can be found below. If you are interested in testing for me, please either DM me on Instagram (@rowsomknits) or email me at rowsom.knits@gmail.com.  I need to know:

  • which size you are interested in knitting (you’ll find size information below- I am wearing the smaller size in the photo shown)
  • what yarn you will use (worsted weight)
  • your Ravelry name/Instagram account if you have one – priority is given to knitters that are active users!

I would love to have several testers for each size. You do not have to use Hinterland Range yarn, but I would highly recommend it as it creates such a cozy and warm hat!

My testers are added to a Facebook private group so that we can share information, photos, and questions with each other.  The deadline for this test knit is Monday, September 11th.  Please note the information below is shown for sizes small (medium) for what you will need.
